"Ever since Dr. Padua left, it hasn’t been the same. They try to sell “cosmetic” procedures and recommend procedures that Dr. Padua would just monitor. In addition, I had a dental hygienist who thought it was okay for water/ salvia to dribble down my face while cleaning my teeth. Normally, the hygienist will stop and have suck on the tube. This one, after I had her stop a second time, said, “that is just going to happen” and then proceeded to push the napkin around my neck to absorb the water/salvia. Horrible experience."

"This is not a dentist office, rather a business to extract money from you anyway possible. I went for my regular six month’s preventative cleaning. Lady recommended to get a deep cleaning so they can bill me $250 and insurance for higher payments. I opted not to have deep cleaning at this time so they refused to perform my regular six months preventive cleaning. She showed a small tartar around a single teeth. Is that require deep cleaning? Can they refuse to perform my regular cleaning? I am sure they will bill insurance even they have not performed regular cleaning. It’s scam, not a dental office.
