"My experience in the beginning was fine. It all changed after I was ready to leave. I received video footage of the technician servicing my vehicle. He recommended that the battery be replaced and a few other things. I thought the dealer Tech would have explained or assisted with the recommended findings but there was no mention of anything. So I asked about my battery being under warranty and he only asked if the battery was the original on the car. I told him that I think it was replaced but I am not sure. The dealer tech told me that there was no record of it being replaced and I was like okay. He continued with the paperwork and avoided questions about a battery. Then he took my payment and gave me my keys. That was pretty cut & dry to me. It appeared that they were shorthand, so I get the hint. Two guys on a Saturday morning handing boat loads of customers. I felt like customers services would have been better if they had the help they needed to take the time to explain to the customer about their vehicle. Lewisville Nissan failed the customers and their employees."

What really stood out was their outstanding customer service, from the manager working with my numbers, to Tyler in Sales running to bring me cars to test drive and making me feel really comfortable. The Seller pulled out the day before the sell, so glad I did not buy his car!
