"Went to get a grommet for my shifter replaced ,they put one off and I still had it falling off of the grommet so I took it back and without asking me about anything or getting a different part they just went ahead and welded a bolt on and called it good. I also had an oil change done while this was happening and my oil was leaking ever since I left, so I ended up doing the oil again myself. If I could put zero stars I would."

"Once I needed an 02 sensor replaced for my nissan truck, and took it to integrity. They charged me around 1700, and didn't fix the problem. They asked me to bring it back, just turned off the engine light. When it came back on I tried to call back just to be told that it could be something else, and then ignored. They call them self "integrity" laughable."
