"Literally every encounter I had with this facility, and there were only 3, was terrible!! Let me clarify that the one time I saw the doctor was thorough & efficient from a very basic initial exam standpoint. HOWEVER, any & all administrative situations that took place were unnerving & unnecessary at best. And that's putting it lightly. A call from me with a desperate need for antibiotics as i have a major gum infection was blown off as i was driving & unable to give them the number for my pharmacy at that time. She refused to look it up for me stating the "rules" were she had to get the number from me directly "in case something happened". She ended up hanging up on me after telling me if i needed something i could justgo to the ER!! As i had to get back to work i asked my mother to please call & give them the number & she was treated just as badly & also hung up on!! I called today to complain & have my records e-mailed to me & kept being put either on speaker or on hold without being told. There was no effort to hear what i had to say whatsoever!!! I work in the medical field myself & have been on the front line as well as back of house & this levelof customer service far exceeds sub par!! It is appalling & unacceptable!! I don't suggest going to this office on your worst dental day!! If it is a must then be certain to use caution with the front desk staff!!"

"We had a horrible experience here. I took 3 of my children (2 step, 1 mine) to this office.My 2 step-children were told they had no cavities so we schedule their next 6 month appointments. My son and I went next and found out we did have cavities. They said my 7 yr old's was bad enough that he needed a crown so we scheduled the appt for the following week. After I spoke to his father, I had to cancel the appt bc he was not comfortable doing the procedure and wanted a 2nd opinion. About 1 month later, I noticed a huge cavity in my Step-son's tooth. It was already causing him pain. I couldn't believe he could get one that big after the dentist said there were no cavities, but I honestly didn't even think about this at that time. I just called them to schedule an appt. Initially I was told they would have to call me back the next day bc their system was down. I asked that they note how bad his tooth was so that maybe they would call back more quickly. When I received the phone call I was asked what day would be good. I asked if they had an appt that same day and they said no. I then asked what was the soonest time. Rather than give me the time, the lady said, "You know we told you last time that he needed a crown." I was taken aback, but explained that no that was my other son. She started arguing with me saying they told me both needed a crown. This continued until I finally said I wasn't comfortable scheduling an appt with them and would seek out another dentist. I never received any information whatsoever that my stepson even had a cavity, otherwise it would have been scheduled when I scheduled mine and my son's next appts. We would never have scheduled a 6 month check up instead if we had been told he had one. I confirmed through my husband and ex-husband that all the info we received was about my son. I called back and spoke with the actual Dentist. I told her my complaint was that I was never told about my step-son having a cavity. She wasn't the one to tell me originally. Instead she left all of the discussion up to the receptionist. I had even questioned this at the time but was told it was normal procedure. I went over the fee schedule and dates for us the same day of the check up. So obviously my complaint was that we were lied to. I also complained that instead of setting us up with an appt, the lady argued with me over the phone. There was no reason to bring that up even if they had told me he had a cavity. I never once said I wasn't told. I originally simply called in for an appt. It wasn't until AFTER she told me she had previously told me he needed a crown that I argued back. I also said I was frustrated bc my step-son has military insurance through his mom. She was deployed during this time and it was hard to change Dentist quickly through her insurance since only the children were listed on the acct. Rather than speak with me about the issues at her office, the Dentist started arguing that it was not hard to switch Dentists on Tri-Care Prime. Seriously? Obviously this office was neglectful in providing me the accurate information. They completely lied and were completely rude in how they handled it.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever!"
