"Castle HIlls Auto Service is amazaing. I had a nail in my tire this morning and my tire was losing pressure very quickly. I pulled into the shop at 7:45 AM prior to opening. They opened early and fixed my tire puncture in 15 minutes with no charge. What incredible service - literally who does this anymore. Please utlize this business - they are outstanding."

"I got a new engine for my car through this place, After they kept my car for about 2 months. They gave it back to me with all sorts of problems. I was told the car had warranty on the engine and the Labor. And I’ve taken it back to the place 4 different times. The car seemed to only get worse. After every visit. After I got it back this last time I finally got curious enough to open up the hood and really review the work that had been done. I found all sorts of loose bolts and clips just hanging by a thread. The cover came out with the slightest of pulls. When I they put the new engine in. They kinked my exhaust. Causing further damage and making the car sound AWFUL. The car was with them from (10-30-23) to (12-23-23) They had my car for about 2 months. And did not resolve the problems. The ownership has refused to speak to me to make this right. I have asked to be able to take this to a place that can get this properly addressed or get a parcial refund on the labor. To take the car somewhere else. And they have refused to speak to me. And have failed to fix the car. This has been an absolutely Horrific experience. They have displayed no Honor or pride in their work. Or even willingness to rectify the situation. The issues with the car remain to this day, and despite repeated attempts to speak to the decision makers to work something out to rectify the situation. I have received no response from them. This is so frustrating, the car was initially taken to them in February, 2023. and returned to me late March, 2023. From the initial install. In the span of 2023. They have had the car 4 different time. For a total of anywhere between 4-5 months. And after I paid about 9k. The car is in horrible condition. This is not what I was expecting out of this place. And I am utterly disappointed."

"I'm new to the area and have been to this location twice now! This is one of the nicest autoshops I've been to. They have a nice waiting room, offer complimentary coffee, and have a kid room. The website shows an appointment option, but they do take them. Walk-ins only. The times I went it was not busy so I was taken care of right away. State inspection was reasonably priced. I believe I paid around $25. A synthetic oil change I may have gotten cheaper elsewhere, but it was quick and easy here with welcoming staff."

"I stopped by for a State Inspection and I was in and out quickly! The staff gave me a warm, friendly greeting. The lobby is homey and they have a kids room with activities to keep them busy. They offer a ton of coffee options while you wait and on top of that the business is family owned!"
