"If you value your time go literally anywhere else. I traded 4 hours on a Saturday (for a quote and spark plug) to be told to go somewhere else. Arrived at 10 am left at 2 pm. I considered leaving after 30 min of waiting for a quote when an employee cussed and complained about their talkative and useless coworker in front of me - but I didn’t want to be rude. Ha. I began to question my life choices as the many, MANY, updates and requests for more time turned into sorry and frankly TMI. Your past employees stole from you? You can’t get the tools? You want to quit your job? Not sure why this place is open if things are falling apart this bad. When I arrived I was told it would take just a little bit while they ordered the part and got the right person. I didn’t think a little bit would be 4 hours. Only to be told at the end to go to another Jiffy Lube. Upset is not the word I’d use to describe it. If you value yourself, go somewhere else."
