"Climbing in & out of my car with no concern for greasy clothes, shoes or hands really didn't set well with me. They do things unrelated to an oil change like replacing a cabinet filter & charging over $40 on top of the filter not included in the quote for the oil change. Prep yourself before you go. Oil has dripped from underneath for a week now because they either made a mess they didn't clean up or screwed something up. The old white guy was flat out rude when I told him he didn't need my fob to start my car. Instead of saying okay he insisted I give him the fob when I'm standing not even 10 feet from the car. You can't argue with stupid so I gave it to him. I don't have to go back & I won't. Worst experience ever."

"When you find someone good, you keep going back. I found these guys several years ago. They're fast, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. There have been several times over the years I've come for an oil change and they've turned me away saying my oil still looked new, to come back in another 1000 miles. Most places try to up-sell you with everything under the sun. They help me save money even if it means they won't get my money today. That kind of honesty and service guarantees they'll get my money in the future. I've since moved, but still come back to these guys for service.
