"Quoted one price then increased price by $1000. Drove all the gas out of my truck. It would not start when I picked it up. Had my truck 2 months and stole parts off my truck. No! You are a lyar and a cheat. AG complaint and Federal Complaint against you. Lying will get you no where. God is in control! You stole parts from my truck. I have before and after photos."

"I went there after calling day before, he started working on the car and the first thing the lifting of car was bad, he just lifted my car from the driver side and passenger side door's base, which is not the way you lift. It's supposed to be from center of front or back. Put the brake pads without the rattling kits and without disc cover(which is a steel cover to prevent damage on pads), I told him after reinstalling one tire and he has to do it again properly. I had seen YouTube videos, so I knew how to do it. After all the brake pads has been installed, the brake fluid overflew from the main container and went all over the engine once I drove home(he was supposed to check the oil level before pushing back the piston). I saw no professional work except his talking."

"I took my truck in after a collision when I went to pick the truck up everything seemed find.. 30 mins after I signed the insurance check my steering went out.. i took it back to the shop he sent it to another shop that stated simply the Truck is still need 6k worth of repairs. i was going to have to pay upfront. TNG said they were not responsible for those repairs as insurance did not pay me to fix.. I got intouch with insurance and shop was paid for this repair. Shop won't fix keeps saying blaming insurances stating well they didnt pay me to fix that.. while my insurance sent me the work to be done and that was included he just did not fix it. I unfortunately will have to get a lawyer and due to this shop negligence.. shotty work .. claiming things were fixed when they weremt. They were also supposed to replace part of the front frame/clip. 2 different inspectors said he repaired it instead . Ripping me and the insurance off. do to everything that took place .. the quality of repair/ and what still needs to be done. i can no longer keep this truck shop will not take any responsibility. Do not let them do to you"
