"Hi, I’ve been going here for quite some time I’m an Uber driver so I have to get pretty regular oil changes. Unfortunately the last oil change I got they gave me a bad oil filter which caused oil to start leaking from my car and could’ve been really catastrophic luckily I was able to take it to another Jiffy Lube and find out there was a hole in the filter And they replaced it for free for me."

"Very kind and efficient people! I was very on guard, waiting for them to start berating me with up-sales and additional things my car “needs” —but they never did. They simply gave me the service I asked for and helped me find a better coupon than the one I brought."

"Botched my brake job so badly that they caused $1300 of damage to the vehicle, and it could have been much worse. After replacing my brake pads and rotors, they did not tighten all the parts back down appropriately, causing my brakes to fail on the highway and damaging my axle so it needed to be replaced. We literally watched part of the brake fall off on the side of the road. We are lucky we didn't get in an accident or have more serious damage to the car than what happened. The service we received here put us in a wildly unsafe situation. This was all after a rigamarole where they crossthreaded several lug nuts while putting my wheels back on, causing them to break when they were removed again. Luckily I found out about this issue while I was still in town and they fixed it for free. But the fact that they messed up my brake job in two separate ways makes me feel like this wasn't just a fluke. There are some serious problems with this establishment."

"Bait and switch by corporate! I checked my vehicle on the JiffyLube website. It said my 2022 Honda could take conventional oil ($49). When I got in line (with 3 cars in line behind me), they suddenly don't have the right conventional oil. They DO have a synthetic that is $79 for my car. That's amazing how that works, right?! Shameful tactics. It's not really the location's fault but don't use Jiffy Lube unless you want to get scammed."
