"My appointment was at 1 on a Monday afternoon. I spoke with an employee and told him I had an appointment. He said that there were other cars already being serviced, so they wouldn't be able to get to my car until 1:15-1:25. They got to my car at 1:15. Before arriving at their shop, I Googled to see how long it would take for them to flush my brakes and coolant system. It was supposed to be a maximum of 90 minutes. I didn't leave their shop till 3:15. That took entirely too long. Other than the extra time it took for them to finish the job, there were other things I noticed... I didn't know where to park, and if I parked in the wrong spot, I would be parking at a different business in the industrial park. There were very few places I could actually park, and the parking lot was covered with debris. It was a very small waiting area that looked like a disorganized closet. Papers, boxes, and car parts were strewn about. It was even hard to get to the card reader to insert my debit card for payment, both with my feet to step up to the reader & around large water bottles, and I had to uncover the card reader because there were papers on it. These guys were really nice, and I'm sure they are making an honest effort. However, please clean up the office. Stick to the appointment times. Mark the parking spaces that are for your particular shop. And clean up your portion of the parking lot."
