"I’ve seen reviews of no wait times and realized there’s a reason for that. Went for a state inspection, got nothing but attitude and rudeness from the inspector. Was told to back my car out by the cashier then got attitude from the inspector again. Saw this same person greet a customer asking for a state inspection. Customer said “is the inspector here today” the inspector said you’re looking at him. Im just a little blown away by how the pleasantries and politeness has left our society. Great example of that at this shop."

I decided to get a second opinion and visited Kwik Kar and had my inspection done within 45 minutes (they were busy) and was very appreciative.
