He was responsive to all my questions and quoted me a price to replace my cracked windshield while I was still on the phone. He told me he will replace the glass at my house. How convenient! We communicated back and forth by text because I had to reschedule. He answered right away. In person, he introduced himself to me and wad very friendly and respectful. He told me it would take an hour and he finished on time. It is amazing he is able to replace it all by himself. The new windshield glass looks nice and all the sticker tags on it were properly placed. Luis did a great job!"
