But the staff there is amazing all the dental hygienist are great and the guy who worked on my teeth today did an amazing job! Dr.V is also very sweet and does a great job!"
"Willie at the Corinth location always cleans my teeth the best! He is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to oral hygiene. All the staff is friendly and welcoming at this location! "Great experience. I especially want to give a shout out to Willie my hygenist. He was excellent. Sometimes it's about the small details. For example, him asking do you prefer a female or male doctor? I personally don't care, but those small things are huge in an industry full of fast paced, go, go, go, "forget the small things". He was thoughtful, professional, and overall really took the time to provide excellent care. My only criticism and why I gave it 4 instead of 5, is how many times you are contacted to confirm. Literally over 5 emails, multiple text messages, 2 phone calls from staff, and a recorded call. I confirmed the first day I got the email.It seemed like the system was not communicating that I confirmed, but I even confirmed with the staff and still got another call the next day from another staff member asking to confirm again. Overall great experience. I will be back."
