"First time in the store today, very impressed with the store layout and friendly service. Roxanna or Roxy greeted us. I told her I was looking for larger sized woman’s boots, 12+. She offered to bring out all she had. I tried those plus a few men’s. Nothing fit to my liking, but she was extremely pleasant to work with, friendly and helpful. My finance also was able to find a pair to fit him in a size 15, only one in the store and the other associate found them! Overall, very pleased with our visit and will definitely be back!"

"This store has a lot of really good employees, all super helpful and very nice. Two in particular stand out - Frank and Roxy. They elevate the shopping experience from transactional to a fun event! The boots are great but I could buy them online. Thanks to this staff, we’d much rather shop in person which means we usually buy more than intended!"

"5 stars all the way! Have visited this location multiple times as my boyfriend recently found an interest for boots. He got his first pair a couple of months ago, which was an awesome experience. This past visit, he lucked out on some last call alligator boots for his birthday purchase and the experience has topped any visit before. Huge shout out to VICTORIA! She was more than helpful, very knowledgeable, and to top it off she was incredibly sweet. Such a kind soul. She took very good care of us, offered beverages and it so happened to be Tecovas 8th birthday so they had a few treats. Even though we were shopping for my boyfriends birthday, Victoria offered for me to look around and try on some boots. She is hands down the most welcoming sales associate there! Love her & hope to see her next time!"

"Between the two of us we have bought 8 pairs of boots at this location! Everyone that works there are so helpful and patient with us making them run back and forth for styles and sizes. We have not left the store even once without buying something! The atmosphere is easy going and comfortable. The first time we went there it felt intimidating because we didn't know what we were doing LOL, but it's completely the opposite! No pressure to buy, just an enjoyable experience from beginning to end."
