"Michael came and picked up my car which is a BMW 850i and it has a low front end. He took extra time in using the skates to slowly bring the car up onto the flatbed without any damage to the front end. He was very cautious and meticulous. My car had to be towed to a shop after hours. He took pictures of exactly where he left it and shot a quick video of him labeling the my and putting it in the Dropbox.
