"Do not, I repeat DO NOT, patronize One Stop Auto at the Chevron Station on Business 287. One Saturday, instead of going to my regular mechanic, I decided to get an oil change for my Escalade from this establishment. Upon arriving, I was intentional with telling the owner/mechanic to use Mobil One Synthetic oil. When the guy was finished completing the job, I noticed the bill was lower than I was used to paying (generally it's around $120.00), this guy charged me $49.99, but the bill stated Mobil One Synthetic, so I paid it. I parked my truck that Saturday and it remained in the garage until Monday morning when I had to commute to Richardson for work. Now, admittedly, this was the beginning of our current heat wave, so it was very hot during my drive home. However while heading home my engine began rattling, I immediately pulled over and called roadside assistance and had the truck towed to my usual mechanic. After being evaluated, it was discovered the lifters in my engine had frozen due to cheap oil being put in the engine. I told my mechanic that I'd specifically asked for Mobil One Synthetic and he said, that isn't what was put in the engine and a cheap oil filter was used as well and to fix my truck it would run me about $4,800.00. Needless to say I was PO'd. Good thing we are a praying family, because I was actually able to get it fixed without having to pay $4,800.00. The moral of the story is, this establishment is untrustworthy and I wouldn't use them to put a chain on my daughter's bicycle. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!"

"SAM is a RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY!!! I only wish I had!!! Came in for an oil change. They put 20w oil in my Tahoe that requires 30w oil. Came back and asked Sam to change it to 30w oil. He said he did but my truck was still ticking. That is what it does when you put anything but 30w full synthetic oil in it. I took it to my oil change place of 5 years and found out Sam cross threaded my oil pan drain plug. Took it Sam and he said he is not going to fix!!! He is not responsible!!! When I asked his name, he said Sam, just Sam, and would not tell me his last name. I asked who owned the shop, and he said he does not know. Wow! Really? What a RIP OFF place!!! Now it is going to me $300 for a new oil pan. October 6, 2016."
