"I cannot say enough regarding how helpful the staff was at this location. It was Friday and of course I needed my car for the weekend. I normally use the location in downtown Fort Worth. My interlock was in locked out mode. I had an appointment at 2:45pm but no one was answering the phone at the FW location. So I called the Keller location. They were extremely friendly and got me a code so I could make my appointment at the downtown location. Upon arrival I discovered their internet was down and they wouldn’t be able to do a download. So again I called Keller to see if they could squeeze me in (2 hours before 5 on a Friday), they said come on and made sure I didn’t go without a car for the weekend. Awesome and friendly, Thanks guys!!"
"I have been visiting the location in the Keller Fort Worth since it has opened and Mrs. Adams has always been extremely polite and professional. She is a hard working individual who makes this inconvenient requirement that I have a good experience. Her customer service is by far the best I have experienced in your company. She is always so positive and delightful to interact with during my visits. Don’t let this employee or her work ethic/attitude go unnoticed Draeger!"
"Adams is the best! She always somehow manages to squeeze me in when I miss my appointments and that happens quite a bit! She even came in early one day just for me! I always look forward to seeing her at my appointments! Just met Danny, he came up and introduced himself with a big smile on his face. Very personable! If you have to get an interlock, Draeger in Keller is the place to go!"
"Absolutely great customer service. Ms. Adams goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She guided me through the process and always greeted me with a smile and professional matter. She didn't treat you any less given the situation you are in. Thank you Ms. Adams! They weren't able to get me in for my removal quickly given schedule but they worked with me to provide me other locations that could service me to save me some money on the removal fee."
"I have never had an issue at this location. The people there were nice and professional. Yes, the location can get busy, but if you are patient and not being a rude customer, they work with you as fast as they can so nobody is left out. Understand they have to install in many different types of vehicles, and that takes time. They work with you and have squeezed me in when they already had a packed day."
