"Great dentist, but financial record keeping by the office manager gets a F. I let her take $25 dollars a month out of my acct. to pay off my balance for 8 months, and when i called and ask what my balance was she said 500dollars, i ask her about the money she was taking out of my acct, and she said"I have not taken any money out of your acct," i told her Chase bank would be sending her a copy.She remembered the money she was taking, and said" she had been putting the money in another acct. for 8 months by accident, and had the nerve to ask me if she could" take the money out for this month."After she told me my balance was now 375.dollars.500-200 IS NOT 375."

He brought me back into a chair and did all the work he could get done that day and told me we’ll take care of it when we can. This man works at a mission every other Friday donating his time to help others that don’t have any insurance coverage or any money to pay, he’s an amazing man with an amazing heart. He’s a Godsend. "I came to the office for a 2nd opinion. My other dentist said I needed a lot of work that I felt was not needed at this time. The front office staff were very nice along with the person that took me back and took my xrays. The chairs have a great view outside so you are not staring at a wall while waiting. I saw Dr. Reed who was so nice and professional. He was not rushed and was patient as I told him my concerns. He confirmed that I did not need all the extra dental work that the other office said I did and was very thorough when reviewing my xrays and each of my teeth. Then I got my teeth cleaned by the wonderful Tracy. She was just as nice and professional with a soft touch, not jabbing and rough handed. She was fabulous! On top of all of this, my other dentist office would not send my file over to them which I had just gotten xrays done over there so Dr. Fuller/Reed's office did another set for free so they could see what was going on. I am so glad I found my new home for my whole family for there dental work."
