iKids Orthodontics Burleson

"As an employee at Texas AM School of Dentistry in Dallas, Ikids are the worst in everything, communication, prices, horrible customer service. They did not even know about my background. I went to them since they take my insurance Delta Dental, and Pediatric Dentistry in the School is not taking insurance yet. After complaining and making them aware I work for dentistry school they said “oh well” and didn’t even care. They are all there just to have a job. Very shocking."

"The staff at iKids are amazing! They always are nice to fit me in if I’m late to an appointment, or if we need an urgent visit. It’s obvious the staff is happy to work with children. They are very good at keeping me informed about my son’s treatment plan and teaching him about brushing."

"Took my child into the ikids orthodontics location in Burleson today and I have to say I love the orthodontist that they have. Dr. Becker was amazing. She was very informative. The nurse that brought us to the back was very gentle with him. I loved seeing how the entire staff was able to take care of all the kids and still have fun at their job. Jamie stood out especially to me because of her kind and over the top attitude. That alone shows how well the staff cares about their patients. If it comes to my child, I want the best for him. It's hard to find a trustworthy office that cares more about the patients. I would recommend them to everyone I know."

"My daughter has been going there for about a year now. We loved it. All of the girls were sweet, helpful and just amazing with her! Last time we went (about a week ago) there were ALL NEW STAFF! Everyone, from the receptionist to all the assistants. It used to run like a well oiled machine, last time it was very unorganized and chaotic. It felt like there were only 2-3 qualified people and the rest were just trying to catch up. I hope things get better. It’s a shame they had to lose EVERYONE."
