"You just can't say enough about Tom Leuer and the quality of his work. A couple of years ago Tom built a pair of motors for my Cigarette offshore boat. Each motor made around 700HP naturally. These motors now have approximately 200 hours on them with half of of those hours spinning at wide open throttle/6K RPM. I have since sold the boat and the boat is in New York.
