"Worst mechanic ever been coming here for 4 years. Recently brought my 2004 chevy suburban reed said he fix the problem i paid him and nothing was fix. On top of that i had to wait 2 weeks before i was able to get my car. I gave him another chance brought my 2006 ford fusion he claim he fix it when i got it back it cut off the next day. Save your money & time"

"Not even a 1 star. I took my vehicle to get the intake fixed and not quiet a year goes by and I had external leaks still. It has taken me this long to save money to get it fixed. And so I have me a new mechanic that showed me everything when he took parts off. I took pics and it is horrible. Nothing was even done from them. Reeds are nothing but hustlers who doesn't deserve to have a shop. They should lose everything because they are fake af. Ps I forgot to mention that I did take it back since it was under warranty with them and they charged my hubby more money."

"Reed's has been my mechanic shop for years. Every time I go to Reeds Kevin has been awesome to work with. I call explain my problem he tells me to bring my vehicle in and he will have it back to me in a couple hours. Never has experienced anything less than superior service. Reeds will forever be my mechanic shop. BTW Kevin has worked on not just my vehicle but my husband as well."

"Worst experience with any Auto Shop. Even worse than a shade tree mechanic. They had my car for over a month. Every week I'm calling and getting the same bs. Not answering my calls. They would answer my calls when I called from a different number. So today I just pop up again. This boy tell me they can't figure out what's wrong with my car. But they haven't called me not one time to tell me this. Half a day is gone already, I should've been called when y'all opened up. They never called me the whole month they had my car. A few other small things was supposed to be done. My parts was still in my car. So I truly recommend no one to deal with them. The new comers anyway!! And I wish I could take away that one star. That's the only way to comment!!"
