"I called this place for a specific pair of shoes for my sons birthday. I gave Emily the SKU# twice. After, being placed on hold for 20 minutes and her saying sorry they got busy. She said she found the shoes. I told her I would be over there when I got off work. So during rush hour traffic and a 25 minute drive from my home, I go to the store. I get there and I see 2 pair of shoes on hold for me in the front with my name on them. THEY WERE NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR, THEY WERE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PAIR FROM WHAT I CALLED AND ASKED FOR. HOW CAN EMILY MIX THAT UP WHEN I GAVE HER THE SKU#. THEY DID NOT CARE. WASTED GAS AND TIME DRIVING ALL THE WAY OVER THERE!"
"Very organized and clean. The store has nice shoes and friendly staff. The selection wasn’t as diverse as I would have hoped, there were a lot of Nike shoes. They do have other top brands though and a decent inventory for sizes. If you’re looking for athletic shoes this is a great place to check out."
