"We took our vehicle to be serviced here. Insurance claim. Front bumper and light damaged. Mercedes GLS 450. When we went to pick up our car, the paint was originally poorly done. The paint was exposed to dirt or grime while it was wet and you could see and feel paint bumps. So we go back and forth and they agree to fix it. After another ten days it’s fix. Within one day, the AC began to blow hot. We take it to the dealership to be serviced, and they report that the Freon was completely empty. Tho they found no leaks. And they also reported “bolts and broken cage nuts for under the engine compartment panel”. - so take this review as you will. But I will never return to this location. - one last note to show you how fun these guys are - a month later after our claim, Caliber reports to State Farm that they never received their claim payment. Which I delivered personally during vehicle pick up. After back and forth they finally “found it”. - maybe I just had a bad experience but take this as a warning."

"Had the misfortune of a minor side swipe and other driver's insurance sent me to Caliber Collision in Keller, Tx. Was not really sure there was enough damage to warrant pulling the side panel off for a deeper inspection so I brought it by for a visual before scheduling a formal appointment. That's when Alex stepped in. Without hesitation, he took the car around back and buffed out the transfer paint from other car and then returned to show me the extent of the damage - just surface level - a bit of a deep scratch. Was super thankful for Alex taking the time to clean the transfer and help me understand what damage I had. Tried to thank him with a tip but he preferred me putting a good word in here. Will definitely go back to Caliber if we choose to do a repair. Thanks again Alex!!! Great Customer Service!!!"

"Last week I visited Caliber collision Keller to get a quote for my car. Mr John Martin was my advisor who was very professional and knowledgeable. He prepared a quote after inspecting my vehicle. I was very impressed by his work and this made my feel at ease so decided to bring my car to be repaired. I set up an appointment for Monday. "I got into an accident where I was hit from behind and was pushed into another vehicle as you can see below. The insurance company set me up with Caliber Collision and I worked with Jon at the Keller location. Jon kept me informed about my truck and made the process very easy for me. He promised me my truck before Christmas and delivered on that promise. I wish I could have given him a hug bc he made sure I was beyond happy. I’ll still have to call my adjuster bc progressive did not cover the crack in my window from the hard impact but he said once I get that resolved I could bring it right back to caliber and it will take them no time to put a windshield in. To progressive I’ve never been in an accident prior to this in my truck and nothing has never hit my windshield so you tell me how else the crack got there? I will talk to my adjuster about this and hopefully it gets fixed. Jon was awesome in letting me know what was going on. You can’t even tell that I was hit or was in an accident period. I hope not to ever be in a situation like this again but if I am Caliber will be the place to go. Thank you guys for your hard work and getting me back on the road before Christmas! Merry Christmas!"
