He kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood everything that was getting repaired while our car was in the shop being fixed. I'm picky.. very picky.. and the work that was done is flawless! I can't even tell where the repair was done.. it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! "We decided to take my fiancee vehicle in for body work, Unfortunately we got paired with Brandon McCrocklin as he works with our insurance company. Brandon has zero customer service skills, we waited nearly 2 weeks for an update and got NOTHING… And If you call him to check in… You will get a bunch of excuses and bad attitude. Stay away from this place!"
"Mauricio was my advisor and he was very thorough, a good communicator and helped me feel comfortable that my repairs would be done efficiently and carefully. He assured me that my damaged new car would be good as new when done. In fact, it was better than new! They did such a complete job, that now when my hatchback is opened, it plays a little warning tune. It had not done so before they worked on it! I recommend Five Star Ford Collision 100%."
