"I don’t like to post bad reviews but do this as a last resort when I can’t get something resolved. I made an appointment for windshield replacement and they totally forgot about my appointment. Writing a review a couple months later because I still haven’t received my $50 deposit refund. I was told a deposit was needed to lock in appointment, but not my fault the tech was a no show. Can someone please reply to my calls/ texts and provide status of refund?"
"Spent time with lady over phone. She called my insurance with me on the phone. We set up the claim. Over 30 min. She said she would call me back in a day or two. Been 2 weeks, and several messages they haven’t replied to. She completely ghosted me. No update. Nothing."
