"Failed both my cars on inspections, nothing wrong, they said something was wrong with the system, which I could see, ended up getting a refund and going down the street to pass both my nearly new vehicles. Employees have to have equipment they can trust in and they are set up for failure at this place, went to get an oil change 4 times and they did not have the oil for my vehicle as well. Tried to support local but you just can’t here."

"I have always been pleased with the service that I have received at the 1187 Tendon location. I usually go on a Sunday morning around 10 and have never had to wait. The gentlemen who work there are kind and caring and very adept in what they do. I have seen posts where people complain about having to wait in line. Solution to that, plan a different time frame to go like I do."

"Exceptionally slow. Arrived with no line waiting, two vehicles ahead already in bay 1 and 2 with hoods open. Waited 5 minutes to be told which bay to go to. Waited 10 minutes to move up. Waiting another 10 minutes for the workers to finish the other car. Expect long waits, no matter how many bays are open, they work only one car at a time, around 20 minutes per car. Plan accordingly. The actual oil change is fine, job was accomplished."
