"My car was giving off an awful smell and it was 12am. I called around and Tim was the only one that answered the phone. He came and accessed the situation and apparently I had a leak. He towed it to his shop. They removed and replaced the A/C Condenser and checked the whole cooling system out and completed the repair in a couple of hours. So the labor, parts, additives and service items were completed and they did a check on the basic vehicle maintenance and gave me an estimate of a schedule. I'm very satisfied and pleased with their service. Here's the important part; Ladies and gentlemen, trust is important especially with your vehicles. They have earned my trust. It's not a blind trust either so they earned it and now deserved it. I don't hesitate to give them my recommendation. 5 Stars. Women need to know that they are not going to get taken when they take their vehicles in for repair or routine service. I believe you can trust Family 1st. Mechanic . Yes, I have women call me and ask me where they can go when they have concerns with their cars and Family 1st Mechanic is my answer every time. The cost is reasonable and you will be met with some knowledgeable technicians. This is not the only shop in town, but it was the one I chose to get the job done and they did not disappoint. "I’m not sure what really happened but long story short my compressor blew up and ripped the belts on my truck. I gave Tim a call and the next day he came checked it out told me what the issue was ordered the parts and within 24 hours of him coming out I was back on the road and he also told me about other problems I may have in the near future just so I had the heads up."

"Worst place you could ever go. Terrible business, needs to be shut down. If I could give it a -10 I would. You just don’t want to look bad.. exactly it was brought and paid for THE JOB YOU “did” that’s why you tried to keep my car so bad but it’s “rusted out” & also pulled a gun out on a young girl. I have the messages as well, you’re suppose to be a place of business but you’re unprofessional…lack knowledge & communication. And you will be getting shut down. Wish you luck."
