"UPDATE!! The car they stole is now on the website they also want $1000 more on the down payment (we put down $2000 and was paying $300 monthly) and $50 extra on the monthly payments.. So my husband had been dealing with this company a little under 9 months the first car they tried to sale us was trash and no way should have been offered to anyone. They switched us out it has minor problems that we paid out of pocket to take care of. Husband got another car from them but that’s another story. He was working with the lady I do believe that he may have gotten behind but still putting money on the bill. Fast forward to today they come and pick up the car and the owner accelerated the contract meaning if we wanted to get the car we will have to pay full balance up front. The lady was called to see why no one was reached out to us and the she stated she left an message then tried calling again (we checked our messages and the only message left was on yesterday 8/27 no other time before then has she reached out to or left a message. They told him he could get the money call in and make a payment when he was trying to do that they stop answering no response only from the Robert guy whom told us that the owner wants to accelerate the contact. We both have come to the conclusion that since they have not been getting any new inventory they are picking up cars from people that may be behind and forcing them to pay full balance if they can’t do it then they are going to try and resell these vehicles. This by no ways can be legal and we are most definitely reaching out to a lawyer to get this taking care of."
