"We took our Toyota Avalon here for an oil change and tire rotation. After the service was done my Tire Pressure System was warning me that it needs checked. Called the dealership to tell them what was going on. They told me to bring it up so they could look at it. Went up there and was told they can’t do anything for a Toyota or Dodge and wanted to argue with me about how this light came on.(I don’t care if the light is on. I want your company to fix what they broke.) I asked for a manager. Shocked there wasn’t one available. They told me they would try to reset. Didn’t work. Then they came to me with the oil change paperwork and said see we show that they sensors need replaced. So they are basically telling me that they broke it wrote it up as a deficiency they needed to be fixed. Go here if you want but I will never #CleburneFordSucks"

"So, I had a rather simple problem that I needed solved. I needed an ECM programmed to clear a vin mismatch CEL. I called the service center and spent 10 minutes being transferred back in forth between the same people before talking with an employee who could help me. They told me they were 5 days behind and that I would need to come in and speak to a service advisor. Then and only then I could be added to the queue to wait my turn. You can't make an appointment to just drop it off. You have to leave your vehicle there even though they won't touch it for 5 days. You have go talk to a service writer in person before you can even get in line. A baffingly complex and inefficient process for absolutely no reason at all."

"I recently moved near this dealership. Tamara and Steven went above and beyond when doing a routine oil change on my 2016 F150. Their inspection sheet had hand written notes on it -- not just a checkmark -- with tire tread depths and brake pad thicknesses. Additionally they identified an issue with my lug nuts (swelling) and replaced them. They negotiated the price down a significant amount, after they did the leg work in discovering this was a common issue. They came over to the lounge area to talk to me twice while the truck was being serviced, and were excellent at communicating. Best of all, I was able to schedule my oil change online (great website), and they had me out of the shop in about 40 minutes flat. I'll be going here as long as my truck lasts, and will likely purchase my next vehicle at this dealership."
