"Everything was great. Pricing is very good. Only exception was they were 20 minutes late for my appointment both days I went. I arrived 15 minutes early, they were 20 minutes late. Otherwise good job."
"Everyone from Kristin @ the front desk to Dr. Singley to Courtney in finance were very kind and informative. They are truly affordable, which made it less stressful. I definitely recommend anyone to come see them for their dental needs."
"I spent a whole 365 days with no teeth, had the rest of my teeth pulled. This place that I was going back to countless times fitting my dentures or trying to anyway!!!!! So I heard about Y'all .So I came to Affordable dentures and implants. In fact I highly recommend ADI. These folks know what they are doing This is the only place I come to!!!!!!!!"
"I have used this dental office more than once in the past. EVEN REFERRED two people who got dentures there neither of them had a good experience. Took months for them to get my friend her money back to her. Having said that I still considered them my dentist Called to ask about my situation and was told I have to come in of course gotta get that insurance money office visit co pays and all. And I am in a wheelchair and on oxygen so it is very hard for me to get rides and help to get places I am an amputee. But I had been staying with my daughter in Mexico for awhile and I had implants "the inside part" for two teeth paid for in full , I had three root canals as well same area of mouth. However my illness took a bad turn and I had to return to the states to be treated. I can no longer fly according to my doctor's so it's been several months and I'm better and need my teeth put in the implants. So I went to appt and the Dr says this is wrong, this is wrong, etc etc and she said I "might" have an infection above one implant asked if I could see the shadow on the x-ray and I could not. I have no pain no bad smell or anything like that. So she says she will go work up a treatment plan and be right back. Well NO!!! In just a couple mm minutes THE NURSE brought in a referral to a specialists told ME to call to see if they could do it!!! The Dr was in the very next room working on another patient so it tells me she had no time for me and my treatment plan. Because that plan was to also include a new bottom partial I had. So they didn't even want that business either. So if I could give a minus 5 I would there was no compassion no truth in the statements made and felt as though they couldn't be bothered. As I was checking out I asked about the partial and the insurance lady flipped around real fast and says "well if it's under five years we can't do one" like WHAT ?? I SAID you can't do one she said no insurance will not pay. Well first of all it's been five years or real close and second I was going to pay cAsh for that very reason. And still they didn't offer me an appointment to come back for it. So they have enough business I suppose so find a different office if you want a more personal treatment and really they are not any less money they are just cheaper materials they use. So buyer beware they do not do what they say, they have NO COMPASSION and they don't give a refund like it says in their agreement for at least two months and you have to call corporate several times yourself because the staff can't be bothered."
"I made an appointment 2 months in advance to have teeth extracted and go through the process of getting an implant bridge. I get to the office today for my impressions and I’m informed my Doctor no longer works at this location. I’m told the new dentist will have to go over my x-rays, the new dentist goes over my X-rays and does not agree with the previous treatment plan. I find it very unprofessional that nobody called to let me know that my Dr no longer works at this location. The entire reason I picked this practice was for her after we discussed everything she made me do comfortable and was very understanding. This is nuts. Nobody told me anything about her leaving till the day of my surgery. I don’t recommend this location to anybody. I took multiple days off for this and made all the necessary adjustments to make this happen just for everything to change, day of."
