"I came to this location on Monday with my mother and sister and received the worst customer experience here. My family has always gone to this location due to the fact they always received great service personally from the owner himself. However on Monday when we came in we were dressed in shorts and tshirts, from the moment we walked it no one offered any help etc, just kept starring at us like we were going to steal and that we could not afford to be in the store. So my mother and sister both found a pair of shoe so they both went to go try it on. My sister sat in the normal chair and my mother sat in the stool with the mirror, mind you my mother had already taken off one shoe and was already trying it on. Delores is her name came over did not politely ask or anything and told my mother that she needed the chair and before she could even get up Delores already sat down on the stool. My sister told her that she could nicely ask my mother to move instead of pretty much shoving her off and she ignored her. I said that it was rude and she still ignored us. I asked the other employee Meranda for her manager and her coworkers name, she told me that the managers name is Robert and if I wanted her coworkers name I could ask her myself. Meranda just stood there and watched us not even bothering to help my mother find the right fit for her shoe. To where I had to ask and say can you fit her for this shoe (the other customer was getting the best service, they were fitting her for the "perfect pair" and also telling her all different colors) We hurried up and purchased the shoes and as we were walking out. The employee Delores starred us down as if we stole something. I looked at her and asked if there was a problem because she keeps looking at us. I then advised her that she needs to work on her customer service skills and she told me I needed to listen. If I could give this place a ZERO rating I would! I strongly advised everyone to go to a different location near the Woodlands versus this one. I will not be coming back to this location every again."
