"my truck is fully repaired to my specifications and looks very nice! It was ready by the timeline I requested as well. update: based on the latest conversation, the issue with changing prices comes from the fact that it was an estimate and not a contract. that means all prices can be passed directly to the consumer. the company had several points of miscommunication during this process. They had our truck for over a month. They changed the price 3 times for repairs. We agree to the 3rd price. I got a call that they've added on $750. they essentially discounted $250 off after I agreed to increase my Google review."
"Would not use these people unless you like being overcharged and delayed significantly. Short version: my work took 5+ months and cost 28% more than initially cited. Full details: got an estimate on 12/13/22, paid cash for parts/didn't file an insurance claim given the amount/taking my deductible into consideration. Was supposed to have the work done in February, but parts apparently showed up damaged and needed to be re-ordered. Parts arrived in mid-March, but they couldn't fit me in until 4/4. I dropped my car off the morning of 4/4. Heard nothing until Friday 4/7, when they told me the employee who gave the estimate in December "missed some things", and that the actual repair would be 39% more. (Also meaning, they basically did nothing with my car for 3+ days.) Of course, I couldn't go to a new shop because they had my cash for the parts. The shop got the number down $300, but five months later, they still charged me 28% more than estimated, and made me car-less for 15+ days instead of 3-5. I understand things can get missed--and I'd take little issue with a 5-10% overage--but at some point, it's your fault for misdiagnosing, not the customer's. Had I known the cost or time I'd have used insurance, and also looked for another estimate. Not an experience I'd risk repeating, and I'd urge people to go elsewhere."

And here's why. From the moment I walked into their front door I was greeted in a friendly manner. Front end work was done on my Challenger and the great staff constantly kept me posted on the progress of my car and always followed up. They worked with my insurance company and got things done! HACC knows the meaning of great customer service! Now the quality of their craftsmanship is superior. Their master painter matched the freshly painted front end of my car to the rest of my car. I was incredibly pleased! I highly recommend you check this place out for all your car needs."
