"The most unprofessional dental experience I've ever had. I was told I could go back with my child after they did Xrays. After a bit and no one came to get me, I inquired. The receptionist was very rude. She told me I was not allowed back even during 1st visits. She lied to get my child in the back apparently. I had to text my child to get up and come to waiting room. They were scared also. The receptionist yelled at us as we left. Besides the 1970s outdated vibe, the reception has no customer service skills at all, I never met the dentist but my kid begged me to never go back."
