Walked in to be greeted by the most friendliest staff, then i was asked if i needed any help by Gabe i told him i was looking for a specific shoe Gabe and his staff went above and beyond looking for this shoe and super nice while i waited, which wasn’t long. "Prices are expensive but still used to always get my shoes here. Poor customer service. Cannot return shoes if you put them on and take a few steps. Once they show any sign of being put on and taken a step with, they will not accept return or exchange the shoe. Even if the shoes caused pain, made squeaky noises... Essentially a defective product. This has been the last time a ever step foot in that store. No effort to resolve customer issues. Do not recommend this place!!!!!!"
