"Edit 12/14 The dentist checked in on me several months ago and apologized again for the issues. I’m convinced that they are truly making the kind of changes that need to be made (the gal who called me was passionate about the company and determined to change the culture) A few days ago they sent a very nice gift and I’m shocked that they have kept in touch even though we are no longer clients. Edit 11/30/22 We got a second opinion and they are able to treat us as his situation is very common and there are no complications that require additional doctors or specialists. I’m convinced now that Justin just does not have the staff and equipment/tools required to handle average orthodontic needs. Nice folks for the most part but ZERO “bed-side manner” They shamed my son by telling him “he DEFINITELY needs braces” in a shocked and intense tone. I pulled the doc to the side and confronted him, he apologized so I decided to give them another chance. At the orthodontist consultation he asked my son to list all the things he hates about his smile… SUPER AWKWARD. After taking images he proceeded to tell me in front of my son that he can’t help us because he would need a team of 6 doctors to help us. They took pictures last time and the same person had access… why waste another appointment for a consult if you have the ability to take a quick glance at the photos and x-rays to see if we are a possible candidate for your limited service options? They seem to do a good job with cleaning and basic dentistry but I recommend shopping around if you need anything more. The reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because Saira went above and beyond to help me get the images and x-rays right away instead of having me wait a week as the doctor originally had planned."
