Reviews
"Honesty went above and beyond to resolve my issue with an online order. My order had not been transmitted to the store to be fulfilled by the designated pick up time. I appreciate her efforts to make sure my concern was investigated and my issue was resolved. I’d personally recommend this location for a great shopping experience and helpful customer service. Despite the poor reviews, give them a change."
"This place lacks poor customer service upon walking in no one greeted me the two people who were working there looked like they didn’t even care to make a sale and unfriendly. I walked in ready to buy shoes I already knew what I wanted. But I figured somewhere else would value and appreciate my business. As a former sale associate customer service is really highly prioritize and very much appreciated by a customer I was very disappointed as a first time shopper here."
"Love the vibes here. My daughter always loves the shoes she finds here and clothing. Employees were fantastic and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend coming to shop at this location."
"I visited the store today looking for black sneakers. The store had 3 employees and just one other customers. I was in the store for a few minutes looking at shoes, and no one approached me to see if I needed help or a shoe size or anything. My 6 year old wanted to use the boys room, to which I started to look for the restrooms. I was able to locate the restrooms in the "backroom" through the "see through" window in the door. After using the restroom, we proceeded to look for my sneakers. To my surprise I was approached by one of the employees (female with green shirt) and was told that I cannot just go into the back and use the restroom and then she just walked away. . It would've been nice to be approached regarding my need of shoes, clothes and any other item sold by the store. Definitely not going back ever. A little customer service would've been nice. Store personnel definitely need training."
