"The technicians who performed the services on my car were wonderful and very helpful and friendly when determining what services I needed. The manager however was pretty cold and not friendly. He did not greet me or make eye contact when I walked in, nor with any other customers that came in while I was there. He sat behind the counter loudly complaining to employees about upper management and how hard his job is and how it takes him 2 hours just to make his schedule. He answered questions through the other employees rather than to my face, even though I was standing right there. He also told the technician checking me out i couldn't use multiple coupons even tho on the website it states you just can't use more than one for the *same* service. I had two different services performed the day I went. I will probably try a different service center for my next oil change."

"I had my car serviced at Jiffy Lube on Mccart Avenue store number 322 and they stripped my oil pan drain plug and instead of notifying me they put Teflon tape on it and sent me on my way. But as I returned for my second oil change, they insist on telling me That they did not damage the oil plug and that it was not them who put the Teflon tape on note that they were the only ones to service my vehicle since the time of purchase. So the manager Jason says to me it appears his guys over torque the screw Causing it to strip, but they were not supposed to put Teflon tape on it. That was Done their mistake. And with that being so he ordered a new larger drain plug to replace the damaged one yesterday, November 13 and service my oil in which I was grateful that he at least put for an effort to fix the mistake. But today has went by and I have lost 90% of my oil, in less than 24 hours and the drain plug he installed is leaking drastically. So now they are totally denying that they damaged the oil pan drain plug and refuse to replace the damaged oil pan because it would have to be replaced in the entirety, so I am waiting to hear back from corporate, I asked for his regional managers number and was denied and given a false email address so now I am in process of contacting my attorney to pursue legal litigation. If you think you want Jiffy Lube to service your vehicle, think twice they have horrible workers, work, ethics, and customer service value. Not a good place to do business with."

"The technicians were professional, fast, and friendly! I was able to get 2 cars inspected in separate visits and it didn't take all day when 2 other State Inspection location's machines were down. I definitely recommend this location and Jiffy Lube for quick service and State Inspections and I plan to go back for future oil changes!"

"100/10!! I came here today because my dealership takes 10 years and a day to accomplish a simple oil change. This Jiffy Lube did my oil change, tire rotation, and inspection in 45-50 minutes! Y’all… just go. They’re also very sweet!! I’ll be returning."
