"Im not very happy with that company. When i called them recently about my van issue. i answered his question of what kind of car.and ask me when do i need to fix it todayor monday? Then he hung up on me.....he such a rude to me. I use video phone cuz im deaf. This the only way i can communicate through asl interpreter. Stupid customer service. Then i called back and told him about video phone. And he says he is full for whole week and why dont you find other company. That a B.S. such a very rude guy i ever had. We live about 5 minutes away from his company."
