"I’ve been going to this dental office for about two years. The past two times I’ve gone in for cleanings, the dentist has tacked on a $150 gingivitis rinse saying it will help keep my gums healthy. Cool, but do I have to get it EVERY visit? So, I go in for my regular checkup today and guess what- they want to charge me $150 for a gingivival rinse. I refused to pay for it and asked for just the basic cleaning. THEY REFUSED TO CLEAN MY TEETH upon the dentist’s direction unless I agreed to pay for the rinse. I left and am now looking for a new dentist. I see other reviewers have had this experience. I’d suggest looking elsewhere unless you want to be strong armed into paying for treatments you don’t necessarily need or want."

"The staff is very efficient and friendly. The doctor was concerned with my current state of gum receding. He referred me too a specialist.i very much appreciate his real concern for my gum health. I now have an appointment with a specialist to do deep cleaning. Thank you to all the kind staff at Benbrook family Dental."

"I’m not sure if I went to a different Benbrook Family Dental based on previous reviews, but this place gives off terrible vibes. My hygienist was very unprofessional throughout my appointment, telling me all about the weird noises he hears every day from patients, he told me what procedures the other patient was having done, he put on a child’s cartoon for me to watch, and didn’t actually clean my teeth (polish only, no flossing or plaque removal). The Dentist was nice, but he didn’t talk to me about my teeth or my X-rays or possible cavities. I never saw the dentist or my hygienist wash their hands or change their gloves. There’s no sinks in the rooms, and the walls are peeling and dented. They called to follow up with me today (which leads me to believe they know they have issues because they were asking what they could improve upon, and I did tell them) and I requested my X-rays and half of them are completely blurry or the screen is half white! This honestly seems like a cut rate dental office, not one I would ever recommend to family or friends. I definitely question the validity of this office and the inexperienced hygienist who worked on my teeth. I honestly wish I would have trusted my gut and walked out right from the get go. If you have another dentist in network, go to them instead! EDIT: At least one of these reviews is from people in house. Seems to me like they’re padding their ratings. Beware."
