"I haven't been to Dr. Norwood in a few years now but I'm about to call and make an appointment because there is no other dentist I will ever go to. Ever. Dr. Norwood and his entire staff are the kindest, sweetest, caring people I've ever come across. They worked with me on my bill because, at the time, I was going through a rough patch financially. Dr. Norwood isn't there to squeeze every penny from his patients and that's incredible to me. I ended up getting a few extractions from Dr. Norwood and one of them turned into a very painful dry socket. Dr. Norwood opened his whole office for me ON A SUNDAY just to service my painful tooth. He knew the pain was so bad that he didnt want to make me wait another day. How amazing is that?! And he didnt charge me for the visit. Like, c'mon! People don't get any better or nicer than Dr. Norwood and his staff. Absolutely remarkable people. I have high praise for his staff as well. I can't remember their names but there's one in particular that's been there for many years and she is so friendly and has the best etiquette I've ever seen. She greeted me by my name as if she knew me for years and was so warm and caring. It was like talking with family! That's how they make you feel there. Absolutely remarkable people."
