"I’ve been going here the past few years, and my experience has always been positive. I’m not sure what has changed, I did notice new staff, but the front waiting area was a mess. The chairs were disorganized and the floor was filthy. And the bathroom sink was disgusting. When I am asked to rinse my mouth with mouthwash, I always rinse the sink after myself and wipe the counter off. The sink looked like it had t been cleaned in a few days. I am very disappointed with the appearance of the facility today."

"Update: two weeks later and no follow up received as the response from the business mentioned would occur. The response did not justify any of the behavior displayed. I feel no different from the moment I left. I do not leave bad reviews, but this was warranted. I feel there will be more to come soon unless this office completely changes attitude quickly. My oldest will continue to see the orthodontist as she has braces on her teeth and the orthodontist is an angel. But this facility and the dentist are lacking professionalism, kindness or any form of servant heart. Thank you. Review: I see the previous review stating that the normal staff are out until the 9th as the reason for a poor review. However, I just left (1/10) and had a terrible experience with unprofessional staff. I have been to this dentist in the past and have heard some catty comments between staff (whatever, maybe just a tad unprofessional but I can deal with it) but today was a SHOW. My babysitter and I brought 4 kids today for teeth cleaning (2,4,6,12) as I was told by the front desk this was appropriate months ago when I scheduled. We arrived with all paperwork filled out and ready to go. We woke the two year old up from nap to be on time. Upon entering the door the vibe was BAD. I was not greeted and was given a very short answer when I let them know who I had arrived with. The four year old was taken back on time and was being cleaned by a hygienist. The two year old was put in a room to "wait on the Doctor". After 30 minutes of trying to keep a two year old calm in a room, we only had one kid seen by hygienist and was now waiting on the doctor to follow up on results. I mentioned to the hygienist that I was getting concerned as I need to get back to work (babysitter present and planned to wait on anyone that is not finished but I did not want to leave her with all four so I planned to leave with A KID), the nice hygienist tried to ask the lady that takes x-ray and puts patients in room if she would be seeing all the same family of kids to be able to assist better, the response she received (she couldn't see me standing a around the corner listening) was "I don't make the schedule" in a super catty tone. We kept waiting and waiting. Two young kids waiting on the Dentist. I finally went up to the front desk to ask what the best solution was and I see the Dentist hanging out with the receptionist while doing stuff on her PHONE! I said "I really need to get back to work is there anyway you can finish up the four year old so I can leave with her". The dentist looked at me like I had just spit in her face and said "I will be RIGHT WITH YOU". And then turned to me and said "next time you can schedule your kids at separate times. Today we are short staffed with only one hygienist and one dentist". Keep in mind the receptionist scheduled me. Keep in mind the person telling me this is holding her phone chewing gum. I then ask if I can cancel the two year old and was told I would be charged a fee (even though they are overstaffed and way behind?). Just stuck. Finally, after 45 minutes I leave with the 4 year old. I didn't wait for the plan or whatever they said to wait on. I am not going there anyways for anything else. The poor two year old waited a total of 60 minutes in the treatment room for a service that took about 5 minutes. The 12 year old and 6 year old spent an hour and a half at a cleaning appointment. The time spent is less of my concern. The lack of professionalism by this staff, even the Dentist, is shocking. I will not be back to support this facility again."

"I cannot recommend Archstone Dental and Orthodontics enough! Dr. Tievsky's thorough explanations of my treatments and willingness to answer all my questions have made each visit exceptional. The staff, including the amazing assistants Robert and Deanna, are always efficient and friendly. The front desk team greets me warmly and makes checking in a breeze. I am always looking forward to my visits every 6 months. This is absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had! I highly recommend this dental office!"

"I went there today for a cleaning. The staff is all new. Rooms weren't as clean, since 6 months ago. I left feeling uneasy about my outcome. Update! Sara reached out to me to let me know the doctor, hygienist & staff normally there were out until the 9th. I wished I had been notified of this beforehand, but I'm grateful to know the original staff will return . My neck is sore from the hygienist today telling me to turn my chin upward for 30 minutes. Never happened before!"
