"My husband and I have been customers at this store for two years. Coach is one of our go to brands because of the affordability and high quality. We've bought shoes, jewelry, bags, our dog's name tag personalized, sent out my vintage bag for cleaning, you name it and we always go to Carlos. When we use anyone else tbh the service is just not high quality and personal like it is with him we even call to make sure he is working. This store is our happy place thanks to him."

"Dropped bags off for cleaning & reconditioning for first time and wasn’t ever given an eta. Called and emailed for over a week inquiring as to the status. Received zero communication or response. A week and a half later I stopped by the store and they gave me the bags as if nothing had happened. They were not even remotely cleaned. They simply wrapped them in tissue and put them in a retail bag. I don’t know what has happened over the years but it’s blatantly clear that Coach no longer cares about client satisfaction. Even contacted customer care who assured me a district manager would follow up with me, yet never did. Integrity matters. Standing by your word matters. Just not at Coach, anymore."

"Went into this store today, Sept. 16th around 7pm. I was with my husband and two kids. We were looking for a clutch purse or my daughter to match her dress for homecoming. The gentleman greeted us kindly. But as soon as my husband and I walked in separate direction, they hovered over him as if he was "someone to watch". My daughter picked out some perfume and a clutch, HOWEVER, after my husband felt uncomfortable with them eye balling him, he decided to take her to Michael kors to purchase her clutch. We will never return"
