"Service is great, staff is friendly. Wasted my time after I was advised and confirmed that my insurances would cover 100% of the procedures after paying deductible out of pocket. I arrive to my scheduled appointment later that day 30 minutes before to ensure everything is fine. It is then when I was advised that my insurances wouldn’t cover 100% after all, that I would have to pay a greater percentage out of pocket which I still ended up paying. Staff in the “financial department” needs to be retrained to update patients ahead of time of changes like these so that they won’t have to waste their entire day like I did."
