"I've had only good experiences here. They have a wonderful hygienist by the name of Leighann. Plus the time I needed actual dental work by Dr. Lalonde, he was very nice and was patient with me when I was panicking after a shot. I soon calmed down and the procedure went well. Another time I had an dental infection and they gave me an appointment within the hour. I was so grateful!"

"We have been patients of Dr. Lalonde since we moved to the Valley from San Antonio, almost three years ago. We are very pleased with his entire practice. My family and I had our routine cleanings today, 7/5. All four of us were greeted with smiles and wonderful energy from his front office staff. They are extremely helpful. The dental assistants and x ray techs were very friendly and personable. My daughter and husband were seen by Claire, one of the dental hygienists. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, while also extremely personable. Super sweet lady! My son and I were seen by Leigh Ann, another dental hygienist. She was so sweet with my little chatter box of a son :) She and I also had a great conversation about traveling :) She too, is very knowledgeable. She told me she has been working with Dr. Lalonde for 15 years. If that doesn't say enough about himself and his practice, not sure what does :) He is great dentist and always chats with us about what is going on in our lives. Thank for always giving us a great experience. We truly appreciate it!"

"Great experience every time! The staff at Los Fresnos Dental Center really make you feel welcomed and are very friendly and professional. The office is super clean and always seems to have the latest dental technology and tools. I needed a crown placed after a root canal and this Dr. was recommended. I can say Dr. Lalonde did not disappoint. He was very nice and did an excellent job! Procedure went smoothly, I felt no pain, and the crown was done exceptionally well. Dr. Lalonde truly does some of the best crown work. Most people don’t know I have one because they can’t tell the difference from my other teeth. Highly recommended."

I have been going there for years, and I have NEVER had any issues with anything, whether it be services rendered or customer service. They are all very professional, and do a great job at explaining what services they are performing. The doctor is kind and highly knowledgeable. The wait time is minimal, as the staff and doctor have a great handle on things. Additionally, the office is incredibly clean. I can't see myself going somewhere else!"
