"Took grandmother to the dentist.. drove her from Brownsville to Harlingen, only to find out they were closed. No sign on the door explaining why, the were just closed. Today, Monday, I called and ask why they were closed.. "we close early on Friday" .. ok.. but there's no sign that says that.. "well.. we had a meeting. Did you need something?" ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm sorry sir. We do apologize. How may I help you? Nothing... I'm moving my grandmother to another dentist."
