"Great customer service and good pricing. I took my car in for a minor paint scratch and they finished it within a timely manner which was convenient. Highly recommend"
"I was able to get my car in for repairs the next day. Caliber collision said the earliest would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could even look at it."
"I have 3 teenage girls, and Gary and Corbin have fixed 2 of the 3(and unfortunately are about to get one of the cars again!) These guys are attentive, do VERY good work, and are communicative about their timetable. Corbin was always easy to reach during business hours, and always had time to talk in detail. Their work was thorough, but they got the job done in more than a reasonable amount of time. When you talk to these guys, they give you a fair assessment, and they worked well with my insurance, even to the point of making sure insurance was taking care of us. These guys are absolutely the best, and I would recommend them to anyone."
"Great experience. Had them paint my sons Jeep top. Came out great. Communication was amazing. And the price was spot on. When the Jeep comes back from its trip, it is getting the body painted here as well"
"My review for this business is really mixed. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: --As you can see from the photos, they did a nice job. Car looks really good! --Everyone I spoke to on the phone during the process was pleasant, even if they couldn't give me much information. Cons: --They had my car for seven weeks. SEVEN WEEKS. I challenge you to find a body shop that will look at that damage and tell you it will take them seven weeks to fix it. (As an aside, my insurance company said the shop didn't even try to order parts until two and a half weeks after my car was dropped off!) --Communication on their side was terrible. I didn't hear a peep out of anyone for almost the first month. In the week that my car rental time from the insurance company was running out I started calling them for status updates. Every time I would call, whoever I spoke to said they would call me back. I never once got a call back. --The day I finally went to pick my car up, I arrived around 2:00. I was told the car wouldn't be ready until 5:00. Ok, maybe I misunderstood what I was told by one of the team when I spoke to them before. I'm sure my disappointment was visible. But Gary insisted the car wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. That told me two things: first, getting my car finished was no priority to them, even though they had had it for so long. Second, this was not a great business. A good business does a good job. A GREAT business cares about customer satisfaction. That would be the kind of business where the owner says, "Since you're here and everything, let me go see what I can do. Maybe I can get somebody to take care of that for you. Would you mind sticking around for a half hour?" But that's not what I got. What I got was Gary telling me that he didn't really even have to release my vehicle to me since he hadn't been paid yet! I left the office with my husband, got in the car, and cried. Not only did we have the forty minute drive back home, but I had someone just tell me that if I got my car back it was like they were doing me a favor. Once I gathered myself a little I called the insurance company to check on payment. Their records showed Gary had already received two checks. They called him to confirm and then called me back. He'd been paid. I arrived just before 5:00 and was told it would be 10-15 minutes longer for my car.. At no point did anyone ever acknowledge that the length of time they had my car was not typical, nor did anyone ever apologize for threatening to hold my car for ransom. Bottom line: Even though the work was good quality, I felt that my business was not valued, that the amount of time for the repair was excessive (cost me an additional $1K out of pocket for the three extra rental weeks), that I was not treated respectfully by the owner himself. Would not return, and would not recommend."
