"In 51 years of life, this is the single most HONEST business I've ever been to. That is not an exaggeration. I went there because the reviews were great (I see why) and it was close to home. My vehicle was having major transmission problems so I stopped by. I was told the transmission was shot and was typical in that particular vehicle. He (I'm blanking on his name which is terrible....I hope to update with his name) told me to try a $16 bottle of friction additive...of course I tried it...the only way to add it was to put the vehicle on the lift and add it....they did that and added 2 quarts of transmission fluid.....and DIDN’T CHARGE ME!!! Who does that!!?? Anyway, I drove around for a few days and nothing happened....until a week later. The transmission problems disappeared!! Before I tried this I had asked a second opinion from another mechanic.....his advice...."sell it now." Kingway saved me thousands of dollars...that they would have made. But, any transmission problem I have in the future will be fixed here....and anyone that needs a referral for a transmission shop, I will send to Kingway!"
