"The care I receive from Dr. Navarro is great. Been with this doctor for a year now the staff listens attentively to my concerns and provides personalized treatment. Had a hard time finding a doctor who takes medicaid and cleft lip patients. So far treatment has been positive results. Great team greets you as you enter the establishment and really well at remembering patients names. High level of professionalism and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the visit."

"They have terrible services the Dr cares more about the employees than the patient. They left my daughters braces wires loose and in a lot of pain Dr said for me to take her somewhere else because I was being honest about their terrible services and how he wanted 100 dollars or he would not fix the problem they did to my 14 yr old daughter. They act like they care but in reality it’s all about the money more than the patients we’ll being. Yeah they gotta get paid but I think that a good Dr. cares more about the well being of a child but this one unfortunately cares more about the employees and money. Do not recommend this place at all.."

"Got braces with them for 4+ years and my teeth are moving even while using the retainer they gave me. on top of that, they charge a $25 fee when you’re late or when you don’t reschedule your appointment 2 days in advance. Yet they make you wait up to an hour in the lobby to be seen, even when you have an appointment set up."
