"absolutely DO NOT use jones auto body!!!! Lied and stole insurance money, kept my vehicle A YEAR after they got paid out for the job and DID NOT do a single thing which in turn caused more damage to the vehicle from sitting. Owner actually had the nerve and called cussing me out due to me continuing to ask when will the jeep be done after being told and lied to week after week, month after month that it would be finished. Insurance is in the middle of seeking reimbursement for payments rendered for repairs that were never made. DO NOT USE. MANY OTHER PEOPLE IN SAME BOAT"

"If zero stars was an option, it would still be too much. They took insurance money to fix my father's truck after he was hit by semi. It took 9 MONTHS to get the truck back from this shop and it is still not fixed. My parents are currently having the truck looked over by another body shop to determine what all still needs to be done--for starters, the axle is bent. They consistently lied to my parents and the insurance company about the status of the truck, but that is only when they answered the phone. Mostly, they simply dodged their calls. This shop is run by absolute scum that just take advantage of people in bad situations and they just don't care. Don't go here!"

When I did manage to speak with them, their handling of the situation was unprofessional and left me feeling unheard and disregarded. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this lack of communication and professionalism."
