"service is a 0/5. I simply called and asked if they had my car Towed and whoever answered the phone was making matters difficult, saying I was lying about it being towed. Why can’t he just do his job and answer my question. This company is pathetic and needs to learn customer service skills and how to speak adequately. So unprofessional and gross. I would expect more from island services. All I can say is HORRIBLE!!!"

"A Christmas Miracle! I called up AAA Beach Recovery after getting stuck on beach access 6 with my wife. I was suprised Mr. Owens answered my call on the second ring! He was on the beach in 30mins to help pull us out of the sand."

"We were Stuck at Beach Access 6, we called a different wrecker service who never showed up. A local fisherman tried to pull us out but we were just to stuck for his little truck. He gave us the phone number to this service, and Kirk and Hector showed up with big monster trucks and got us out without a problem and charged half off what the wrecker company was quoting me that never showed up. I highly Recommend that you call these guys first."
